Q: What is that sticky paper you use that dissolves?

A: The pre-printed patterns I sell in my shop are printed on Sulky Water Soluble Self Adhesive Stabilizer. You can find this product on Amazon here. If you would like to print my patterns yourself at home, you can purchase my printable stick and stitch patterns (LINK ONCE LIVE).

Q: Do you have video tutorials?

A: YES! All of my video tutorials can be found on my YouTube Channel.

Q: How can I learn stitches as a beginner?

A: For beginner resources and stitching guides, visit my Resources Page. I also post free stitching tutorials on my Instagram and YouTube page. You can also purchase my stitching pocket guide or beginner stitch sampler to learn more in-depth stitches to apply to your projects!

Q: What do I do if ink runs after I wash off my pattern?

A: Ink bleeding can occur if some stabilizer is left under or around the stitches of your project. If you experience ink bleeding, rub mild dish soap into your project and work the soap under the stitches and all around the stitches to remove any excess stabilizer or ink that was left over.

Q: Do you need a special printer when printing stick & stitch designs?

A: No! Any home printer (inkjet or laser) will work with my printable stick and stitch patterns 

Q: How do I rearrange printable patterns on a sheet if I only need certain patterns?

A: My printable stick and stitch patterns are PDFs. To edit them, you will need to save the document as a PNG, then upload it into Canva or Word to crop them and move them around on an 8.5x11 sheet.

Q: How can I resize digital patterns?

A: You can resize digital patterns with your printer settings using the scaling tool, or you can save the document as a PNG, and upload it into Canva or Word to increase or decrease the size.

Q: How do I download a digital file I purchased on Etsy?

A: Etsy doesn’t store downloads in the app or send by email. To access your files: Log in to Etsy.com on a mobile browser or desktop. Go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews. Find your order, then select Download Files to reach the Downloads page for your purchase.
